Here’s something that I suppose not many people know anymore; I am a life-long reptile enthusiast. I became an expert on Indiana reptiles and amphibians at a very young age, and ran a successful snake identification web site by the time I was 16. I taught myself how to handle venomous snakes at the age of 13. Herpetology is a life-long interest of mine.. I don’t want to sit here and call myself an expert.. but I’m at least an expert on the snakes of the United States- down to the scientifics.. It is more of an obsession.. Like every hobby, there’s always just so much animosity and competition.. So like most of the things that I hold dear to my heart, I keep it to myself.. there are many many things im passionate about.. But I keep them to myself because I don’t want people to ruin my passions. Make sense?
